Marc Horton

I have been a librarian since 2008 and though most of those years have been in service with LAPL, I've also worked for several other Los Angeles-area public library districts. I'm a children's librarian by trade and temperament, and am also interested in the topics of equality of access, emerging technology, community partnerships, outreach, and grant writing.
