Seguimos Creando Enlaces, now entering its eighth year, is a free conference that brings together librarians from the US and Mexico to further their professional knowledge and exchange ideas. The theme for 2019 is Librarians as Educators – Impacting the Underserved and will take place March 14 & 15 in San Diego and Tijuana respectively. Presentations will focus on supporting the educational goals of binational, immigrant, and refugee communities, connecting multi-language library users to current services in your community, and creative, inclusive and impactful approaches to reach underserved communities.
